Ingredients:
- Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp of mustard
- 3 slit green chillies
- ½ ginger
- curry leaves
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 2 sliced onions
- salt to taste
- 1 ½ tsp of red chilli powder
- ½ tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- fresh coconut slices
- prawns
- water
- Malaba Kokum
Method:
- In a pan head some oil & mustard, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, garlic cloves, sliced onions and salt to taste
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fresh coconut slices
- To the mixture add prawns and water and let it cook well & add malabar kokum
Prawns & Coconut Fry is ready to be served!
